I was reccommended Shakirovna by my best friend who garantied they are the best in Dubai. I booked for mani (biab correction) and pedi, and I really enjoyed the treatment. Everyone is very professional and ambiance is nice and relaxing. I was very happy with my nails, untill 2 week 2 when they started delaminating, not 1, but 5 of them… so unfortunatelly the quality isn’t the best, or it was just that day that preparation or drying wasn’t done properly. My nails usually last for 4-5 weeks when done at my beautitian.
It was my first time trying this beauty salon, and I am super happy! 🤩 I had my manicure done by Aliza, a pedicure by Anisa, and lash extensions and eyebrow shaping by Gulya. ✨ Their attention to detail, professionalism, and care for their clients made for a wonderful experience. Truly amazing experience! I had mani, pedi, eye brows done, in 6 hands! Quick, professional and efficient! I want to especially praise my manicure specialist lady Gaukhar! Giving, professional, she knows what she is doing, doesn’t ask unnecessary questions, doesn’t even talk much, only business related. Appreciate that and her expertise! Would highly recommend and already signed up for a next appointment! I live in the USA and we don’t have sadly this level of experience. Recommend!!
I came for pedicure. It was an extremely painful process: lot of bleeding, burning feeling and it took 2 hours ( no removal needed, just a normal pedicure)- now MY TOE IS INFECTED… it is painful and keeps bleeding and wearing shoes is impossible at the moment (already 2 days after the pedicure) I paid 210 aed … I would like a refund This is unacceptable
