Very disappointing experience. My brother and I used to come here twice a month without booking and never had any issues. Two weeks ago they suddenly said we must book by phone before coming. Today I called the shop twice and no one answered. When I went there at 10:15 PM, the shop was almost empty — only one barber there and he was completely free. Despite that, he refused to serve me and said they were “closing” and needed to clean, even though closing time is 11:00 PM. When I told him I had called earlier, he said the other phone was off. While he was saying that, I called the same number again and the phone in his hand started ringing. He looked surprised that I had the number. That was very unprofessional and honestly embarrassing. Turning away a regular customer 45 minutes before closing while the shop is empty is unacceptable. Me and my brother are never coming back again, and if anyone asks me about this place, I will never recommend this barbershop to them.
The haircut was decent, but the way customers are treated needs to improve. It didn’t feel professional at all. If they’re not happy with their job, it comes across in their behavior, and that kind of attitude shouldn’t be brought to customers. Many of us come in after a long, stressful day, and after paying such high prices, we expect to be treated better.
Shop timing is 10 am but Nabeel came in walking in sleep around 10:15. I still waited outside for 10 mins to give him time to settle but after going in he was not interested to do a haircut and said he needs to clean the shop and literally asked to come next day .. If he does not like his job he should look for something better to do.
Terrible experience. The barbers were arrogant and disrespectful, and one staff member behaved in a highly abusive manner toward a customer. Such behavior is unacceptable in any service environment. I would urge people to think twice before visiting this shop.
Nabeel is the best and I recommend the best hair stylist in there with high level of skill and good communication with good service
