Thoroughly enough my gym sessions it doesn’t feel like a chore to go to the gym Absolutely love it. Super clean, aesthetic, and clearly well maintained. It’s fully equipped with everything you need for a solid, enjoyable workout, whether you’re lifting, doing cardio, stretches or even focusing on your own thing, there’s space. The health cafeteria is a huge plus and makes the whole experience even better with its minimal ingredient bakes/ raw snacks and health smoothies.
I’m truly impressed with the level of service at Seven Wellness Gym. Eslam is always incredibly helpful, attentive, and detail-oriented, always making sure I feel welcomed and comfortable. Christine is also wonderful, warm, professional, and genuinely caring. You can truly feel that client satisfaction is a top priority here. I absolutely love the classes at Seven, especially Hybrid and Strength and Conditioning. A big thank you to Omar, Luckas, and Aaron for the energy, motivation, and knowledge they bring to every session. Their coaching style, attention to each client, and ability to push you while making training enjoyable really make a difference. I also had my first massage experience with therapist Mi Mi, and it exceeded all my expectations. Her professionalism, skill, and care made it one of the best massage experiences I’ve had in Dubai. I couldn’t live without this club! Best gym in Dubai, no competition. From equipment, to technology, to variety of machines and more. I spend whole days there even just working on my laptop before workouts etc in The Dose by Silvena (amazing place btw - chef Silvena is very well known in Bulgaria where I am from). The facilities are impeccable, I always finish my workouts with the infrared sauna and the cold plunge! They even have lymphatic massage booths for recovery! HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend you this gym!
One of the best gyms I have visited and one that I always look forward to coming back to. The cleanliness is outstanding, and the atmosphere is both comfortable and motivating. Every corner of the gym is beautiful, and the attention to detail is noticeable everywhere. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful, whether at the reception or valet, and they are always ready to assist with a smile and a warm welcome.💞
