It was my first time getting a filling and I was a bit nervous beforehand. However, the painless anaesthesia wand worked incredibly well. I didn’t feel a thing during the procedure. Dr. Rena took the time to explain everything clearly, which really helped put me at ease. The service was excellent and it’s clear she genuinely cares about her patients. Highly recommend!

Serenity Clinic is truly the best dental clinic in Dubai for both adults and children. My 12‑year‑old son is currently seeing Dr. Omar for orthodontic treatment, and we couldn’t be happier with his care. My 5‑year‑old daughter was treated by Dr. Rana for cavities & nerve treatment, and the experience was like magic — completely pain‑free (with the electronic dental injection) and incredibly gentle. I’ve also had my second onlay done by Dr. Rana, and I’m already planning to do three more with her. She is calm, always smiling, and explains every step in a way that makes you feel completely at ease. I honestly can’t recommend Serenity Clinic enough, especially for kids and adults who feel anxious about dental treatments. Kudos to all the staff members, from the reception team to the doctors' assistants — everyone is warm, welcoming, and incredibly helpful.

We were recommended this clinic by another parent at our school to help correct our twins’ bites and teeth, and it turned out to be one of the best decisions we’ve made. We were treated by Dr. Omar, who is exceptionally kind, welcoming, and highly professional. Most importantly, our children absolutely love him — which, let’s be honest, is half the battle when it comes to dental care. Beyond the warm and friendly atmosphere, what truly matters is the result. After just one year of wearing aligners, we achieved exactly what we were hoping for — an ideal bite and beautiful, confident smiles. We will continue regular follow-ups to maintain the results as their teeth develop in teen age, but we couldn’t be happier with the outcome. Dr. Omar doesn’t just focus on delivering excellent clinical results — he genuinely cares about making children feel comfortable and at ease throughout the entire process.

I have been a patient of Dr Rena’s for five years. As a family we followed her to her own clinic, Serenity. Dr Rena is excellent with children and adults and has always made my youngest SEN children feel as safe and calm as possible. All the staff at Serenity are professional and very well qualified and always focused on patient comfort. I never feel that any treatment is being forced or unnecessary. Across our family of six we have had a wide range of different procedures and I couldn’t fault a single one. I was particularly delighted to see the attention to detail at Serenity to hygiene which I haven’t seen at another dentist clinic in Dubai.
