Today, my mother and I visited your clinic for laser treatment. Unfortunately, I was very disappointed with the service we received. The staff member who performed the treatment was not professional in her manner. Several areas were treated without any numbing cream, which made the procedure quite painful. She spoke in a very rushed and stern way, and while performing the treatment, she moved parts of my body abruptly without showing the level of care and respect that clients should expect. In addition, while I was still sitting on the treatment bed, she immediately removed the protective sheet from under my feet, making me feel rushed to leave the room before I was even ready. I understand that clinics can be busy, but if there is not enough time allocated for each client, appointments should not be scheduled so tightly that the quality of service suffers.

Honestly one of the best laser experiences I’ve had 🤍 This is already my 5th session and the hair is barely growing anymore, the results are amazing! The clinic is always clean, organized, and super comfortable. Huge thanks to Pinky for being so kind and caring every session, and Dr. Sharon for the professionalism and great treatment and Reswan at the reception for being very welcoming and helpful always So happy with my results and definitely recommend this clinic ✨
