I was given a SPA gift voucher for my birthday. The expiry date was March 7, 2026. I called on March 8, 2026 to book and was told that they refuse to take the booking. This is in the middle of the UAE being under attack. I talked to Abdul Halim and he was totally uncooperative. I find this totally unacceptable specially given the current situation. I will never go to that place nor recommend anyone to go. Horrible customer service and shameful attitude.

I had an amazing experience at the spa. I had a relaxing massage with Ayu, and she was absolutely wonderful—very professional and skilled. I felt deep relaxation and great comfort throughout the session. I would also like to thank Enna at the reception for her warm welcome, kindness, and friendly attitude. Her service was truly excellent. The place is very luxurious, the atmosphere is calming, and the overall experience was outstanding. I highly recommend it🤍🤍🤍

Would leave 0 stars if I could. We had an extremely disappointing experience with this spa, which completely ruined an anniversary we had spent months planning. The night before our scheduled couples treatment, we were informed that they were moving us into separate treatment rooms, with no prior warning and no workable alternative offered. This was especially upsetting as my wife is pregnant and we specifically booked a couples treatment room because she did not feel comfortable being treated alone. The couples room was the entire reason we chose this spa. The treatment is advertised on their website as being in a couples room, yet the spa manager later explained that if the couples room is unavailable, their booking system automatically places guests into separate rooms without notifying the customer. This is completely unacceptable and incredibly misleading. Instead of taking responsibility, customer service blamed the booking system and showed very little empathy or effort to resolve the situation. No genuine solution was offered, despite the significance of the occasion and the circumstances. The lack of communication, poor customer service, and failure to honour what is clearly advertised left us very upset. What should have been a special, relaxing anniversary experience turned into stress and disappointment. We would not recommend this spa, especially for couples or special occasions. We dealt with Helim and found his lack of customer service skills shocking.

nice! I have been to this spa several times. The location is relatively convenient, the car can be given to the valet parking through the hotel. very friendly girls work at the reception desk. There are options to add wishes for a massage or pre-treatment care, but most of them are paid, so check the price. There is also a steam room where you can spend time after the massage. The area for men and women is separate, but there are massage options for couples, which I really liked. I've had different massage therapists every visit, they were all good. The spa offers facial and body treatments, you can choose the right one for you. They have their own massage oils, to choose what you prefer for the extra charge. There are also scrubs - but I was given a choice of only two, honestly I don’t rip off the sugar scrub if you have sensitive skin, as it is very abrasive and leaves irritation on the skin (I liked the salt and pepper scrub more) in the spa it’s nice muffled light and dark design, good sound insulation in principle(but last time it’s been construction nearby, so it’s been noisy from time to time)They also always offer delicious tea at the end of the procedures. They sell some body care, so if you like something you can purchase. Prices: I paid 1000 AED for a scrub and massage.
