I would like to share my excellent experience at Saudi German Clinic Sports City. From the moment I arrived, I was very well taken care of by the reception team, who were welcoming and professional. A huge thank you to my dentist, Dr. Basel Jannoura, who is truly like a fairy! I did not feel any pain at all during my dental treatment, which is rare and very reassuring. His professionalism and gentle approach make all the difference. I would also like to thank his assistant, Nina, who is angelic, attentive, and very helpful. Thank you again to the entire team for their professionalism and kindness. I highly recommend this clinic!
I had a great experience with dr. Basel dentist. The treatment was smooth, professional, and completely painless. The doctor took the time to explain everything clearly and made me feel very comfortable throughout the process. The clinic is clean, well-organized, and the staff are very friendly. Highly recommended for anyone looking for quality dental care.
Honestly one of the worst clinic experiences I’ve had. I checked online for a nearby dentist and saw that Saudi German was the closest option and the doctor’s schedule for the entire day looked completely empty. I arrived at 2 PM, registered at reception for a simple teeth cleaning, then waited for an entire hour only to be told the doctor refused to do the cleaning unless I first booked a consultation and came back another day for the actual scaling. I clearly explained that I was fully willing to pay any copayment and even suggested they bill the consultation today and send the scaling request tomorrow if needed. I also told them they could send me a payment link in case insurance rejected anything ، although I’m 100% sure it would have been approved. I tried to make things easier for both the clinic and the patient side, but they were still insisting on making me come and go for no reason. A cleaning consultation honestly felt unnecessary and more like a way to maximize insurance billing while completely wasting the patient’s time, which I don’t mind if they did both cons and scaling same day . On top of that, the clinic only had one nurse handling all the doctors, and her attitude was extremely rude and unprofessional. The doctor himself was free the entire time, sitting on the phone, and showed zero cooperation. There was no manager available on-site to solve problems, no proper communication between staff, and even the employee handling cancellations/voids didn’t have the machine codes needed to process things properly. From A to Z, the clinic experience was chaotic and disappointing.
I came in feeling like a patient, but the reception team treated me like a VIP If only every waiting room had this kind of energy ❤️You guys are the real MVPs of this clinic ❤️
