I clearly asked the stylist not to cut my daughter’s hair short. Even though my 10-year-old daughter asked for a haircut, the stylist should have confirmed with me first and respected my request as the customer. Unfortunately, without hesitation, she picked up the scissors and cut my daughter’s hair much shorter than we wanted, without asking whether this length was acceptable or if I approved. This deeply upset my daughter and left her crying and feeling very unhappy and insecure about herself. What disappointed me most was the lack of communication, failure to follow our request, and the very cold attitude throughout the situation. I hope more care and professionalism will be shown in the future by listening to customers and confirming their wishes before making such decisions.
Sasha services are always outstanding. Staff is very skilled and professional. Got my perfect hair trim with Ruksana in minutes with an effortless skill👌🏼 Nargisa is the best with facial treatment, helps with your special kind of skin requirements
Amazing place. I’m here on vacation, my sister recommended this amazing place that she visits often. I’m blown away by their efficiency. I had gel mani and padi, along with a hair wash and a blowout. All the beauty technicians worked along one another cohesively to give me the best experience ever. Zakiah designed my nails beautifully, love it! Highly recommended.
Two days ago, I went there to dye my hair, and unfortunately their hair dyes always cause itching on my scalp. I told them this several times, and their response was always, “You have an allergy,” and that I was using dye with ammonia — even though I’ve used ammonia dyes in other salons without any allergic reaction. Two days ago, I came to dye my hair again, and the salon walls were freshly painted with a very strong smell. I left the salon feeling unwell, and I developed pharyngitis and throat irritation. Today, I went back only for a blow-dry, and they used a conditioner on me with an extremely strong and unpleasant smell. I took a photo of the product and asked about it. Unfortunately, it was a large white container with a label of an Italian conditioner brand, but the label had no ingredients written on it at all — not even on the back. Is it logical for an original product to be sold without any ingredient list? I’m afraid it might be a counterfeit product, and that this is what caused the bad smell. I told them my concerns, but they didn’t respond, and for that reason, this will be the last time I visit Sasha Salon
