I had such a relaxing and refreshing experience here! They were professional and polite from the moment I entered. I did a deep tissue 65 minute massage. I liked that attention and care was taken to each area of focus. Spa facilities are clean and neat - I did come in on a weekday during off peak hours where there was less number of people. Will definitely want to visit again! Only issue I faced was figuring out the parking entrance to the hotel but the rest of my experience was smooth.
What a beautiful experience! Went for a pink offer by Santai for October , and it was so amazing! Had a relaxing massage and used spa facilities after . The best morning in a while ! Highly recommend

Amazing experience I literally travelled to Bali without leaving the Dubai. I’m in love with the treatment. Hot stone massage was super relaxing. I feel myself better after long tough day this just exactly what I needed. Each detail in this spa center is perfect. Super calm and nice atmosphere, staff absolutely amazing friendly very welcoming. I got ginger tea and special Balinese ritual at the beginning. My legs were washed with oil and scrub. Highly recommend. Everything just perfect. I feel myself really special and very good treated.
