I had several visits to this clinic and was very disappointed with Dr. Raghdaa’s attitude. During one appointment, when I asked about the treatment cost, she became upset with the price mentioned by her staff and said she wouldn’t do the procedure for less. I stayed only because I had recently had a filling replaced there and started experiencing tooth pain afterward. On two occasions, cotton was left in my mouth after treatment, which I only noticed once the anesthesia wore off. At my last visit, she had forgotten to add me to the schedule, and despite waiting 40 minutes, I was asked to reschedule as she couldn’t see me that day. I had already paid for my treatment over several visits, and this appointment was supposed to be the final one. After everything that happened, I requested a partial refund since the treatment was not fully completed, but it was refused. I’m shocked by the lack of respect for patients and their time. I do not recommend this clinic or this doctor.
Would avoid this place if I were you. Had traditional Hijama done, and the practitioner was not experienced enough. It left me and my mom with folliculitis that to this day isn’t resolved and is difficult to fully cure even after seeing a dermatologist and doing salicylic acid treatment.
Had a great experience at the Sansaya Clinic. The staff and doctors are all very professional and helpful. Definitely recommend it to you all and will be coming again.
