The girls are very accommodating and friendly. I look forward to getting my hair done here. I have had both Manjita (for protein treament) and Minu (for colour) did my hair and they gave attention to details. If I'm not happy with anything I feel comfortable letting them know as I find it difficult in general but they dont make me feel bad. My scalp was not irratated after colour but felt really good instead as its amonia free colours. This is my to go to saloon now. Thanks ladies for the great service.

All they offered was to dye my hair again and charge me fully for the service. —————— I was really looking forward to a change and chose this salon based on the good reviews, especially after recently giving birth and needing a bit of self-care. Unfortunately, I left feeling disappointed and frustrated. I came in requesting a balayage or at least a noticeable lift from my natural dark brown hair. I thoroughly explained my hair history to the stylist and asked for honest advice on whether balayage or lowlights would work for me. She assured me it was possible to achieve a lighter look similar to the reference photo I showed her (see picture attached). However, the result was underwhelming. My hair initially turned a very orange/yellow tone (which I was told was expected), and after applying a toner, the color became dark again, almost identical to my original color. There was barely any visible change. The team seemed aware it didn’t turn out as expected and tried to reassure me that it would lighten over time once dry, but I left the salon with only a 1% difference in look. And after washing it even turned out copper and with split ends. Very frustrated about this.

We had a disappointing experience. I booked a haircut and hair botox for my wife on April 18 at 10am. What we got didn’t match what was promised. It felt like an overpromise and underdelivered. The haircut was rushed. No real consultation. No effort to understand her hair or what she wanted. Just a quick cut and botox product applied. We were charged AED 900 for this. This isn’t about price. It’s about care. Hair is personal. It’s the first thing people notice. It deserves attention and intention. This felt transactional. A kind advice to the owner, if you want repeat business, I suggest you train your staff better. The result was uneven. The front is longer than the back. No proper layering. It looks unfinished. The salon itself was clean, but the washing area had a strong, unpleasant smell. There was also constant product pushing. Recommending products is fine. Forcing them isn’t. There’s a difference between guiding a customer and selling at them. A kind advice to the staff, sell the benefit not the product. People care about transformation not commodity. We also felt unwelcome. The service lacked basic respect and attention at the end of the service when we had to pay compared to the start when they wanted to get us in as a customer. This should have been a simple, professional experience. It wasn’t. I felt so bad for my wife. Again, not about money. But about time and care. Hair is the first impression of a person. It’s a part of their identity. You don’t cut hair. You shape how someone shows up
