Giedre teaches such a fun, energizing Pilates class and relaxing deep stretch. I highly recommend! The studio is lovely, the sauna, ice bath and showers are quality and kept really clean. It’s so nice they have towels, quality toiletries and Dyson air dryer
Really nice, quaint yoga space. Has a small poos to relax in, calm working space, sauna and cold plunge to add to the excellent Yoga classes available. I went to Saturday - 2pm with Omar and it was Hot Yoga vin yasa flow. Highly recommend ✨
Stopped by here after a day at the beach. Had a yummy shrimp bowl and pomegranate rosewater juice. Thanks Jay for good service. Also compared shop prices with Amazon on Aveda products and found it cheaper at the shop so did a little shopping. The place has a nice atmosphere.
The studio looks beautiful and relaxing from the outside, but once inside, there’s a subtle feeling of tension. At the restaurant, the girl who took orders didn’t give me any time to look at the menu-she started rushing me right away, even though it was my first visit and I didn’t know what to order. I had booked four classes for myself and my friend (two intro and two regular ones). After the first session, my friend had back pain and couldn’t attend the next class. I informed the administrator immediately and asked to reschedule the two classes, or at least allow me to attend one class alone on another day- but they refused. Unfortunately, that left a rather unpleasant impression. Also, the studio rooms are quite small, and both the sauna and the cold plunge area are designed for just one, maybe two people at most.
I Gave this café a 5/5 — it’s such a chill spot, especially on a sunny day. Tucked inside a villa, it’s not just a café but also a yoga center and spa. The whole vibe is super relaxing and the space is beautiful. I tried their latte, the freshly made vitamin C juice (with carrot, orange, and ginger — so good!), and a couple of energy bars. Everything was fresh and tasty, and the staff made me feel really welcome. I actually ended up working from here too. It’s the kind of place where you can do your thing, then unwind with a book, hit the spa, or just hang by the pool. Definitely coming back!
