From my first consultation on 17 November 2025, the team welcomed me with warmth and treated me like family. Their professionalism and hospitality made me confident enough to pay in full on the same day without any hesitation. Before the procedure, they also sent helpful reminders, and on 19 November everything was perfectly organized. Dr. Ahmed and his assistants, Paulos and Rita, handled the entire process with great skill, kindness, and care. Throughout the procedure, they constantly checked on my comfort and even shared light jokes that made the atmosphere feel relaxed and family like. Thank you guys for that.. The clinic is clean, comfortable, smells good and truly professional. I genuinely hope Samaa Medical Center continues to grow with maksimal promotions on the social media with creative content, because they truly deserve to be known by more people in Dubai. I’ve been coming to this dermatology center for laser hair removal for multiple sessions, and honestly it’s one of the best places I’ve tried in Dubai in terms of quality and price. The staff are very professional, and the service is always great. Today was my first time trying Hydrafacial with them, and I’m very happy with the result. They take their time with the extraction and deep cleaning, and the serums they use are high quality. You can really feel the difference. I definitely recommend this center.

Dr Umar was amazing. I don't like visiting dentists but he made the experience so much better. Went for a clean and scale, made sure I was okay the whole way through. All staff are friendly and helpful. Would 100% recommend.

I have completed two sessions, and I can clearly see that my hair fall has reduced a lot compared to before. The management staff was very supportive and made me feel comfortable.
