I just had a cervical polypectomy at Samaa fertility clinic and it was the best decision. Dr. Lida is a professional gynecologist, reassured me and did an amazing job, all along with a professional team and staff. The operation went smoothly as they promised and no pain at all. They made sure all is ok before heading home. Plus, the clinic is clean. Nowadays, professionalism by itself is not enough, so I appreciate also their humanitarian side, empathy and care. I initially contacted Samaa Fertility Clinic from oversees for a specific procedure because clinic in my country didn’t offer it. My communication with the clinic started via WhatsApp where the team was able to arrange a call consult for me with Dr Zhanna. I really appreciated their flexibility from the get go because we have 11 hours time difference! From the moment I arrived to the clinic, everyone showed nothing but kindness and warmth. From attentive receptions, nurses to a great anaesthesiologist and of course amazing Dr Zhanna who went above and beyond trying to help me with my specific situation. I’m thankful for the care and support I received at Samaa Fertility which exceeded all my expectations. I wish there were more doctors like Doctor Zhanna who fight for patients and do everything they can to solve difficult fertility cases like mine. I’m truly grateful.
