I went to the Bur Dubai branch, where they mistakenly conducted my visa renewal test using my old passport number. I called the branch and requested them to update the result with my active passport number. However, they insisted that I visit the branch in person. I explained that if the update could be done in person, it should also be possible from their side, as I am currently in Abu Dhabi and cannot travel to Dubai. I also sent an email to the Salem Support Team, but they informed me that the update could not be made since the result was already issued by DHA. Later, I raised a complaint in DHA through call center and received a call from Miss Nadda from the Garhoud branch, who resolved the issue within seconds. I truly appreciate Miss Nadda for her excellent service and quick assistance in resolving my issue.
I would like to raise a concern regarding the service at the OHC counter. The staff member responsible for managing the line did not seem to follow the proper queue system. People who just arrived were allowed to go ahead of others, including myself, who had been waiting for almost an hour. This was very frustrating and unfair for those of us who had been patiently waiting our turn for a long time. I hope this issue can be addressed so that the process is more organized and respectful to everyone in the future.
Very un professional staff specially when you will in waiting area and new vip coming and direct going for tast without any waiting time so disappointed and bad means you tell me if your tokken no is 10 and after 1 hour still remaining 7 because of reference people coming without waiting going inside .. disappointed.

The center looks not crowded, but there are a huge delay with no reason? Not recommended. Other place r too much busy but the service move very smoothly.
