The problem I came 3 oclock before 30 mins of closing and they refused to service me saying they close half an hour before closing time although on google map mentions 3.30 closing time. What logic is this. All staff was still there sitting on their mobiles from reception to nurses everyone. This is carelessness... driving 30 mons to reach the location and they dont care.
Visited on a Friday morning 9 am with prior appointment for Visa renewal. Wasn't crowded and everything went wvery smoothly. Only blood sample collection for renewals. For new visa you have to do extra x ray and Eid registration. That may require additional time . For me Start to end 20 mins . Facility was very clean . There were lot of support staff to guide you through the process .

Absolute nightmare, even for someone who applied as a VIP. We visited for a new visa application, only to have security simply stamp our appointment and instruct us to return the next day for biometrics. Upon our return, we were informed that we couldn't proceed with the biometrics due to a discrepancy in the EID application date. Both the security guard and the individual handling the EID application were incredibly rude, showing no regard for us as customers and exuding an attitude of complete indifference.
