Very good customer services. Also, inside the medical compound, there is ALRAWDA TYPING CENTER. They provide very fast typing . of MEDICAL , EMIRATES ID and VISA . The staff inside the typing center are very customer friendly and they are happy to serve customer any time..
There is no one to assist but the security. I was waiting for about 10minutes in the X-Ray area and there was no sign of any doctor or nurse, when I checked on the reception area if there is anyone I’ve been told “sit, sit” Blood was taken nowhere near vein, more like from the muscle side, which caused pain and bruises and I don’t understand how this can be possible with the experienced nurses
I had a worst experience at this place when I went for my medical test for visa. They ruptured my vein and I suffered severe pain after that as you can see in the uploaded photo. After the blood test they said that the x-ray machine was not working and don’t know how much time it will take for repair. I had to wait with my hungry toddler whom I just picked up from school before going to the center. Also, the lady at the R02 counter was extremely rude. She was speaking in broken english which I was not able to understand and she was giving angry expressions asking the receptionist to explain. Worst experience ever. Did not know where to report all this so I am writing in the review.
Misguiding and wrong info showing online the appointments are showing until 1pm. After reaching by 11.15am the gates are closed and gaurd said it close by 11am Very strange they only work 8-11 for blood tests even if you have appointment they will not let you in. Authority should take this seriously and arrangements accordingly.
