I visited the office today for my visa renewal process and arrived at approximately 10:30 AM. The initial verification process was completed efficiently. However, I experienced a significant delay of over one hour for the blood test, as a large number of applicants were waiting. We were informed that the service would close at 12:00 PM, which created additional concern and difficulty, especially for working individuals who are unable to wait for extended periods during working hours. I kindly request that you consider improving the scheduling and crowd management for medical screening to ensure a smoother and more efficient experience for applicants.

I called customer service on Dec 31, 2025 to check the status of my medical result and they said it would take 2-3 weeks. I told them that I had already scheduled biometrics on January 5. That's why I need to know the result. Customer service said go to Block 7 Al Muhaisnah Medical Center to expedite your result. So I went there to check. The staff at the clinic just told me to wait 2-3 weeks. That's all they said, I was just wasting my time and I didn't get anything.

I really appreciated the service , staffs are very helpful , one of the best medical fitness centre in the town.. professional and timely response.. Block number 2 staff nurses are very helpful my madical completed from token to blood collection withing 5 to 7 minutes. Highly recommended….

This is a very very busy place with very fast service. Thanks to the government for facilitating these privileges and considerations and it took only 10 to 20 minutes to complete the whole process. I was wondering how the token system was managed so efficiently. The main advantage is that, Medical Center operates 24hrs. There is an ATM facility right outside, Cafeteria, restroom was also available both for females and males. Parking is available but during busy hours it's a challenge. So many staffs are there to guide people. Coordination is wonderful. Bring your passport with you without fail. Typing center is available inside. Please avoid visiting on Saturday and Sunday. This facility is mostly dedicated to the Labors who is living inside Sonapur camps. Families are better to visit Medical Centers in another locations. The staffs will quickly arrange wheelchair support if required. Just for Info: for new Visa stamping, Blood test and X-Ray and for renew or company change, only blood test required.
