Visited here for my visa medical and had a very comfortable experience. Reached here around 10 am on a Friday morning and it wasn’t rush at all, the documentation was done from the company so there wasn’t much for me to do, reception staff was quick and token was given, within a minute verification was completed and immediately blood sample was also taken and the whole process might took around less than 5 mins and I was out. There are staffs to guide to each location and the experience was great. It is located in a busy street and there is paid parking lots available nearby (2 aed for 1/2 hr) , I was able to find a spot and it was fully occupied during the time of my visit.
I had a bad experience at EHS Salah Al Din, especially in the female section. There is only a small female waiting area, and most patients have to wait near the reception. Only one staff member was at the reception, and there were long lines of both men and women. Too many questions were asked, which caused delay and inconvenience. I was also asked to do a pregnancy test even though I already had one. I was told it was not allowed, but that an EHS report was required. Because of this, I had to pay an extra AED 50. I had already paid AED 300 for the medical, and later I was asked to pay another AED 40. I do not understand the service or why so much extra money was charged. Why take too much money very bad very bad take any solution for RESPECTED management for EHS .. PLEASE PLEASE
