I visited this spa a few days ago and was extremely disappointed with the experience. The receptionist promised me the best therapist, but that was clearly not the case. The therapist, Roxana, was very rude and unwelcoming, and her nails were sharp, which made the massage quite uncomfortable. After the treatment, I went to collect my change, but the receptionist was on the phone speaking Arabic and completely ignored me. Overall, a very disappointing experience. I would not recommend this place to anyone who values their time.
One of the best massage Centre in Dubai. If you are looking luxury massage SPA Dubai is place you have to visit. Very relaxing ambience and peaceful environment. Not doubt its one of the best massage i ever get in Hayat Hotel chain. Therapist Lana was professional, friendly and very welcoming.
Horrible reception at the Royal club, everyone was rude and unwelcoming. We tried booking a massage and they refused to help us. Hotel Management was informed as well. This is mot Mariott Standards for a spa. They removed my previous 1 star rating as well. To hide how bad this place really is in terms of customer service and they probably don't want women booking here as it's a different type of massage service here....
