When I pointed that out, refused the service, they were not able to give me a refund to my credit card as the manager was away. They not only took my money for no service provided but also made me come back in person the next day to pick up my partial refund in cash as they did not refund me the VAT tax they charged. Now i'm down 30 AED (for tax), and the cost of 4 taxis, and several hours of time. Please be careful, make sure you check out the rooms before paying, and good luck.

My boyfriend and I went on the massage here. The communication went smoothly because we ordered the massage last minute and they made an appointment with us right away. The ladies there were really welcoming and kind. The massage room for couple was amazing you had shower there so after massage you can get the oil down from you. Also the massage was amazing it really chilled me. Thank you for everything.
TRY TO AVOID - WORST MASSAGE IN MY LIFE I had one of the worst spa experiences here. My girlfriend asked for a Thai massage without oil, and they delivered something completely different. No proper clothing. Oil used without consent. The therapist had long nails and couldn’t perform the technique correctly. It felt careless and unprofessional.
