Nothing beats smiling staffs greets you right smacked once you open the door and lets you feel just as you are home with friendly Doctors, nurses, receptionists. The center's customer service is without a fail, their smile speaks volumes, truly a must visit center!

Disgraceful. Employees had no record of an appointment and tried to cover it up by putting me in a surgery room alone for an hour. The room was filthy and had half finished tea and a kettle on the desk as well as confidential patient files left all over that I could clearly read. I had been to the clinic twice before yet when i arrived they had no record of me ever coming in before and failed to tell me the doctor I had arranged my treatment for has resigned. They tried to give anaesthetic before arranging for a doctor who I had never even met or wasn't even aware of my treatment plan. The receptionist even tried to apply anaesthetic. I refused and they were hesitant to get a doctor but eventually complied. I sat alone and a man in filthy scrubs came in and seemed shocked to see me there and asked if I was waiting for him. At this point I was so afraid I left the clinic without saying anything - the employees didn't even seem to realise I was gone because I've had no phone calls and no one questioned as I was walking out. I seriously question the qualifications of everyone that works at this clinic as well as the hygiene and privacy.
Very very unprofessional clinic. Had to wait almost an hour to get my botox even though I had an appointment. The lady Dr was very strange and was not confident and did not know all the information I gave her. She refused to do retouche after 2 weeks saying it's not as per "protocol" which is very untrue. In the past I have always received retouch for botox after 2 weeks of being done. The botox only lasted one week so I am sure she diluted it very much. This clinic just wants to make quick easy money without satisfying customers. Stay far away from this place you will be cheated.
