The team is professional, communication is always clear, and the girls at the reception are welcoming and pleasant. During my last visit, I had Botox done with Dr. Reem, and I’m extremely pleased with both the results and her approach. She explained everything clearly, was very honest, and made me feel completely at ease. I have done laser hair removal and Mesotherapy with Dermapen in Rosmetic Medical Center and my experience is amazingggg! The laser device is extremely effective and I noticed the difference from the very first session, the therapist is excellent and detail oriented. The Mesotherapy and Dermapen was spectacular! The specialist is very experienced and used the most suitable products to my skin, she explained exactly what I will go through after the session and gave me all the after care instructions! The staff is amazing and very supportive and helpful. I will give my experience 10/10 and I trust them with my skin and face always! ♥️♥️
I’ve been coming for facials, this is my third time. I finally had an amazing therapist called Paula from Finland. She was the best! Gave me skincare advice, and was overall so kind and lovely. The front desk staff are very pushy and after every facial they always ask me to buy more things. It’s not professional in my opinion, and I think they need to relax. Also their communication needs to be improved on WhatsApp. However I am happy with the facials I’ve been having so far.
