Had an appointment again yesterday, 20/09. The Moroccan bath and massage were good. Special thanks to Hanan ———————— What went well - I had appointments yesterday and today, and yesterday was great. I arrived a bit early, the staff were friendly, and they even offered coffee while they were finishing up the cleaning. - A Filipina staff reminded the team to use disinfectant and keep the salon clean. It was nice to see attention to cleanliness and hygiene. - The staff, Sinie (if I’m not mistaken), did my waxing, manicure, and pedicure and she was good. What didn’t go as planned - Today, Sunday, on my way to the salon I got a call from the reception saying the staff member who would do the Moroccan bath was absent and no one else could do it. It felt like a major mismatch with my plan. - The salon is medium-sized, but apparently only one staff member knows how to do the Moroccan bath, which made the service unavailable despite my appointment. If they can improve reliability for specialty services (training more staff or having a backup plan) and communicate sooner about any cancellations, I’d be happier and likely return.

My sister only went for a curtain bangs appointment, and while at the location she simply asked how long a botox treatment would take if she were to do it. The stylist, Fathim, told her it would take about two hours and said she could do it. She clearly mentioned that she didn’t have an appointment and would come back at the end of the month instead. Despite this, she went ahead and started the botox treatment anyway. The experience was extremely poor. While she was working, another lady (possibly the owner) shouted at her for performing treatments without an appointment, especially after the fire alarm was triggered due to iron smoke. This created a tense and rushed environment. The stylist hurried through the process, applying excessive heat immediately after the botox and chemical application. As a result, her hair began breaking off as if cut with scissors. Now, just a day later, she's experiencing severe hair breakage and hair loss. Her hair has been ruined to the point that she feel she cannot even go out in public. This level of service is unacceptable. This treatment has left her deeply disappointed, and she strongly urge the salon to take responsibility for the damage caused.

Faten 100/10 with doing hair, she used the OLAPLEX (hair protector) for healing my hair, my hair was very very dry… Also amazing haircut & blow dry done by hair… so Beautiful mashallah!!! This time around I did nails again and cut my hair lovedddd it, as usual Faten did amazing… and Jessica did my nails as usual she’s the best.

I wish i could give them a star that is even less than 1. Had a terrible experience with them. They literally ruined my nails. I have so much pain in my nails and they got infected with fungus. I paid a good amount for their acrylics and within a month i went back to them to remove. Even the fillipino who was removing my nails was shocked to see the condition of my hands still i said nothing. But from that day till now each day my fingers are getting worse with pain and infection. For God sake if you dont know how to maintain the hygiene and work with the nails please dont do that. I spend so much in your salon!! When i went there for my bikini waxing the lady literally remove my skin and i had so much burning but still i didnt say anything but enough is enough now!!! This is a alarming sign for you Rosalina Manager!! And please train your staff how they are speaking in the salon. Swearing at the clients in their own language is not nice. Be nice to your costumers they are paying you not asking anything for free or can tolerate their tantrums. In the pictures you can clearly see the fungus and pus that made my fingers swell and red with severe pain.

my new go to salon for nails, hair, and waxing. all the nail technicians are wonderful, simmi is my go to for waxing, and fatin for hair, good work, I recommend for quick visits with affordable prices.
