Unprofessional and Misleading – Avoid This Place! Very disappointing experience. The receptionist added an 11% credit card fee without telling me in advance. When I questioned it, he rudely said, “Why didn’t you ask?” — even though it was clearly my first visit I told him on our WA chat. The therapist asked if I wanted a “Thai girl” to massage me. When I said it didn’t matter as long as she was skilled, she replied that she was “not good,” which was completely unprofessional. Things got worse when the male receptionist stood at my open room door while I was barely covered to speak with me — extremely inappropriate behavior. The staff were not in uniform, and the place looked nothing like a proper spa. Even the business name and location didn’t match what they advertised online. In the end I decided to canceled my massage, but they only refunded AED 150 even though I paid AED 168 by card. This place feels untrustworthy and unprofessional. I do not recommend it for those who are looking for proper massage.
