We went to this clinic for a braces adjustment because they told us the fee of 150 already included cleaning. I expected a proper appointment and a full adjustment, but the whole experience was very disappointing. The doctor only changed the rubber bands on my braces and didn’t even clean my teeth as promised. They also didn’t replace or adjust the wire at all. What made it worse was how fast everything happened. The appointment lasted barely five minutes, and it felt rushed from start to finish. There was no proper explanation about my braces progress or why nothing else needed to be adjusted. For the amount we paid, I honestly expected better service and more professionalism. It felt like they were just trying to finish patients as quickly as possible instead of actually providing quality care. I left the clinic feeling unsatisfied and like I wasted my money. Definitely one of the worst clinic experiences I’ve had, and I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone looking for proper orthodontic treatment.
Disappointed, stayed there till 7:30pm went there at 2:30pm, went to do a tooth filling for my 2front teeth, doc said it should be composite veeners that’s why she said it was meant to be 200 each but lowered to 350 for both if I’ll take whitening so total of 650. I was meant to do just cleaning but they said it’s free if i’ll do whitening too.. I did both and not happy. Cleaning took two minutes. The composite veneers doesn’t covered my whole tooth and the whitening seems like it didn’t whiten. Assistant asked me if I wanna pay another 100 for another session while sat on the bench after the whitening light goes off, should that be included on the service if the bleaching didn’t really work the first time? And the composite veneers shape was a mess before it got fixed before I left, but on this whole time the doc won’t listen to what my concerns coz she got another client, she’d leave a couple of times to go to another patient than fix what i am asking, only when i got pissed and said don’t fix anything just polish and let me go home only then she fixed it but now I can see that my whole tooth wasn’t covered full so I can see the marked of what just been filled, composite veneers should cover my whole tooth. Messaged them that I wanna go back to have it fixed over the weekend as I work and they said will check on the manager, they don’t respond quickly too as if. Still waiting for their management. I am not saying who is the doc coz at first she’s so attentive and telling me what should I do better for my teeth, till all this happened and I got neglected. I need fixing but still waiting for confirmation.
I had a great experience with the clinic. Dr Sherin was extremely professional, patient, and took the time to clearly explain the issue and treatment options. What stood out most was how gentle and thorough the entire process was, it really helped ease my anxiety. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a trustworthy dentist.
My experience with Rituals Clinic was extremely disappointing. It was Bad. Worst Experience Ever 👎👎👎 I initially visited the clinic because I had a cavity and wanted to fix it with a filling. After examining my teeth, the doctor told me that I actually had four teeth that required treatment and fillings, otherwise the situation could get worse. Based on her professional advice, I agreed to proceed. First, I paid 150 AED for cleaning, and then 600 AED for four fillings (150 AED each), making the total 750 AED. I left the clinic believing my dental problems had been solved. However, after only two days, one of the fillings came off while eating. I returned to the clinic and saw another doctor, who told me that this particular cavity was very small and that a filling there would not hold properly. This left me confused — if that was the case, why was I advised to do it in the first place? A few days later, another filling partially broke, causing food to constantly get stuck between my teeth. On top of that, I realized I could not floss properly because two teeth had effectively been connected by the filling material. At first, I did not know this was abnormal and unacceptable. To verify the situation, I visited another clinic for an independent consultation. They clearly explained that this type of filling was not acceptable because it could create further dental issues and damage over time. I returned to Rituals Clinic once again, this time asking them to reopen the space between my teeth. Even another doctor at the same clinic seemed surprised by the type of filling that had been done. At this point, I genuinely felt like I had paid not for treatment, but for the creation of additional problems. I trusted the doctor’s professional judgment, but unfortunately it felt more like a business transaction than proper medical care. As patients, we rely on doctors to follow basic professional standards and provide honest, competent advice. Sadly, my experience did not reflect that at all. I am extremely dissatisfied and disappointed with the service I received. I would advise others to be careful and always seek a second opinion before proceeding with treatment.
I had several treatments done by the clinic- from tooth extraction done by Dr. Afshan, which went safely and smoothly to root canal and crowns done by Dr. Sherin. Before proceeding with getting the crowns, Dr. Sherin explained to me the treatment, the costs and answered my questions properly. She did the RCT with as much consideration and patience as I had issues where I needed to keep stopping the procedure in between to avoid locking my jaws. I appreciate her professionalism and again her patience. Thank you Dr. Sherin for giving me back my smile :)
