Right Health Ruby Clinic LLC (International city, Dubai)

I had a very good experience with the clinic and their staff. Everyone was professional, supportive during my visit I would especially like to appreciate the driver Sohail, for his kindness and excellent support. He picked me up from my accommodation and spoke to me in a very positive and comforting way during the journey. He was very respectful, helpful, and even assisted me inside the clinic whenever needed.his caring attitude truly made my experience much better. Thank you Sohail and thanks to the entire clinic team for the great service.

Extremely disappointed with the bad attitude and rude behaviour shown by Nurse Gayathri today in Ruby clinic International City, I am surprised being a nurse how can someone be so rude and unprofessional, Righthealth should focus on customer service training to the staff. The only reason why our family & friends come to this clinic is because of doctors as they all are very humble customer focused, previous nurses both Simi’s where good humble. I have been visiting from last 14 years never ever I have experienced the attitude and the way she behaved who knows how she must be treating people who come with basic insurance blue collars staff as they will not even know how to complain the rude behaviour displayed by Gayathri. She is very rude and she must remember that she doesn’t own the place neither she is giving free treatment to the patients then why she must be rude and show attitude. irrespective of who is visiting your clinic be honest to your profession have some ethics politeness she has zero knowledge of making patients feel comfortable and applies her own rules if I ever see her next time with the same behaviour then will straight complain to DHA plz train her on manners and soft skills. I am not directly complaining is because as mentioned I am been visiting Ruby clinic from 14 yrs so please do the needful and address my concern it is now good to have unhappy customer.

Worst clinic experience ! I visited this clinic with with my pratner who is in extreme pain and we submit the emirates id in reception to a guy named gufham and told him we need ti see the doctor. He then asked us to wait and we kept waiting for an hour ! And due the in increasing pain i approache the receptionist and he asked us to go to the doctor room When we entered the room dr dileep kumar asked us to leave the room because we were not registerd in his patient list. We then approached the reciptionist and he made a call and sent us back to the doctor room Dr dileep kumar was extremely rude and started shouting at us because we were not registerd and did not even care about the patients health ! We felt very insulted and upset that they wasted our time and left from there Im very dissapointed at Right health Right health needs to take action on these two. Im willing to delete my review if both dr dillep and gufham will apologise to us or else i will spread this across all our frien circle and social media !
