A few weeks ago, I had a terrible toothache around 3 in the morning. Desperate for some relief, I called the pharmacy, and Aslam Ali happened to be on shift. There were no delivery riders available at that hour, but he truly went out of his way to help me. Instead of turning me away, he took my details and actually arranged for a nearby pizza delivery guy to bring me the medicine. He kept following up with both of us to make sure everything went smoothly, and the meds were delivered all the way to my place near Expo 2020. It honestly meant a lot — he didn’t have to do any of that, but he did. Big thanks to Aslam for showing such care and dedication. Really grateful. Great service and a genuinely kind gesture.

Worst customer service. They are busy chitchatting. When I asked why am not being served they said approval is pending I could see the pre approval authorized in app and got the sms from insurance provider as well. Customers are treated as if they are providing freebies here. They think the customers are fools pharmacist who served says that both the pharmacy and me will be charged 2 AED if I pay with card for amount less than 10 AED which is absolute nonsense I’ve heard in some time. He was making insulting comments on keralites as I insisted on paying by card and the ironic thing is that he is a keralite.
