The ENT doctors are very good and provide quality care. However, I would like to highlight that the treatment room conditions were very poor. The hygiene standards were not acceptable, and the room was not clean or properly maintained. Additionally, some staff were eating and drinking (juice and Mirinda) inside the treatment area, which is not appropriate in a medical setting. The ceiling area was also not clean, and the bed sheets were not changed between patients, which is a serious hygiene concern. Overall, it seems that standard healthcare protocols are not being properly followed. The overall condition of the clinic must be improved, as it does not look like a proper medical facility and does not meet the required standards. On the positive side, the reception team was very professional, knowledgeable, and helpful.
Dr. Ezaz is a highly professional and compassionate doctor. He listens carefully to patients, explains medical conditions clearly, and provides effective treatment. His calm attitude and dedication made me feel comfortable and confident throughout my visit. I am very satisfied with the care I received and would highly recommend Dr. Ezaz.
