I went for an ultrasound with Dr. Syed Zain Abbas, and I had a very good experience. He is extremely professional, kind, and explains everything clearly. I felt comfortable throughout the procedure and am fully satisfied. Highly recommended.
I went to the clinic yesterday evening around 07:00 pm with a 102°F fever and spent around 45 minutes in traffic to get there. When I arrived, I was told that their system wasn’t working and I’d have to come again tomorrow. On top of that, the girl sitting at the reception was busy on her phone and didn’t speak properly or show any concern. It was very disappointing and unprofessional. Patients who are already unwell deserve better treatment and communication.
I am a regular customer of this pharmacy past few years I always prefer Ms.shibitha She provided outstanding customer care very helpful, attentive. And ensure right guidance. Truly appreciated the service. 5 star well deserved
