I recently had an ultrasound done at Right Health Karama Medical Centre – Al Quoz Mall branch, and I wanted to specially appreciate Doctor Syed for his wonderful care. First of all, all the staff members were extremely kind and welcoming to every patient, which made me feel comfortable right away. When it was my turn, Doctor Syed performed my ultrasound with great attention. At first, he couldn’t get a clear view, so he kindly advised me to drink water to create the right pressure, and then he checked me again carefully. Throughout the whole process, he was so friendly, smiling, and very professional. His kindness and gentle manner made the procedure stress-free and pleasant. I am truly grateful for his excellent service and care. Big salute and thank you so much, Doctor Syed! 🙏
Dr. Akhila is one of the best doctors I have known. She is excellent not only in her diagnosis but also demonstrates an extraordinary commitment to her patients. Her proactive approach and on-the-spot decision-making were crucial in treating my staff member who was diagnosed with cardiac arrest. Her swift actions made a life-saving difference.
This is the second time I have had a very bad experience at Right Health – Al Quoz Mall branch. Today, I visited the orthopedic doctor. After the consultation, the doctor advised me to get an X-ray done and return with the results. I went to reception and waited approximately 30 minutes for insurance approval. Once the approval was received, the reception staff directed me to the X-ray department. When I reached the X-ray room at 6:42 PM, the staff informed me that they were closed and asked me to come back the next day. However, the X-ray staff’s duty hours were until 7:00 PM. I do not understand why a patient would be sent for an X-ray so close to closing time if the department was not willing to complete the procedure. Why make a patient wait for approval and then refuse service? Patients also have work and personal responsibilities. Not everyone can repeatedly take half-day leave. If patients are expected to wait for doctors, the staff should also accommodate patients who are already inside the clinic before closing time. This situation clearly reflects poor coordination between departments and a lack of concern for patients. In serious cases, such delays could create significant medical risks. I request the management to look into this matter seriously and take necessary action to improve patient service at the Al Quoz Mall branch. This level of service is unacceptable if you need more clarification please contact me
I had a very good experience at Right Health Clinic. The reception staff were polite, helpful, and handled everything efficiently. Especially, Mr. Mohammad Shadab at the reception was very kind, professional, and supportive, making the whole process smooth and comfortable. The doctors were also very professional, knowledgeable, and caring. Overall, I am satisfied with the service and would recommend this clinic.
I am writing to share my recent experience at your Al Quoz Mall branch. Yesterday, after consulting with a doctor, I was referred to see an orthopedic specialist. I confirmed with the reception staff, and I was told that I could come the next day between 3:00 pm and 7:00 pm without any issue. Based on this information, I took a half day leave from work and arrived at the clinic at 5:45 pm today. However, upon arrival, I was informed that it was not possible to see the orthopedic doctor and that I should come again on Tuesday. If the appointment schedule was already full, I believe I should have been informed clearly the day before. This is the second time I have experienced miscommunication at this branch. Previously, I also sent an email to management but did not receive any response. When I expressed my disappointment and mentioned that I might leave a review, I was told that “nothing will happen,” which made me feel that patient concerns are not taken seriously. I am not sharing the staff member’s name because I do not want anyone to lose their job. However, I request management to please guide the reception staff on proper communication and respectful treatment of patients. I hope you will take this feedback seriously and improve the coordination to avoid inconvenience to other patients in the future.
