Repeated recent patient complaints about reception, long waits and appointment mishandling significantly lower the experience and access scores; limited but positive comments about clinical care and the clinic’s network/doctor listings on the website support moderate scores for clinical quality and trust. In this clinic, the doctor is very good, helpful, and friendly. I really appreciate the service from the doctor and feel that patients can trust them. However, I would like to raise a concern about the overall clinic service, especially the reception staff. The receptionist service was very poor. When I visited, there were only around 6 patients in total, but after my consultation with the doctor, I had to wait for more than one hour without any clear reason. Whenever I asked the reception team, they only replied, “They will call you,” without giving any proper explanation. I do not understand why the process was taking so long with so few patients. This experience was very disappointing and needs improvement.

Dear Management, I would like to bring to your attention an issue regarding the way some reception staff interact with patients. Many patients arrive at the facility feeling tired, sick, and anxious, and the way they are received at the front desk plays an important role in their overall experience. Unfortunately, the reception staff are not always communicating with patients in a proper or considerate manner. I kindly request that they be trained and guided on how to attend to patients with patience, empathy, and professionalism. Most of the patients visiting the facility are labourers who may already be under physical and emotional stress. Treating them with respect and understanding will not only improve patient satisfaction but will also positively reflect on your organization and support the growth of your services. I hope you will look into this matter and take the necessary steps to improve patient interaction at the reception.

Complaint Regarding Unprofessional Service at Grand City Mall, Al Quoz branch. I would like to raise a formal complaint regarding the extremely unprofessional experience I had with your call center staff, clinic staff, and Dr. Shinoy Ansar, ENT department. Firstly, no one informed me that my appointment was the last appointment of Dr. Shinoy Ansari’s schedule. Due to unavoidable traffic, I reached the clinic 6 minutes late, only to be told by the receptionist that the doctor had already left for another clinic. What is most disappointing is that no one bothered to call me to check whether I was on the way or to inform me that the doctor was leaving. It is unacceptable that Dr. Shinoy Ansari could not wait even 10 minutes to see whether the patient was arriving especially knowing that I had booked the appointment two days in advance and was coming for treatment due to pain. Instead, his priority seemed to be rushing to his next clinic. The attitude of the staff was equally unprofessional. They were not willing to acknowledge their mistake or take responsibility for failing to inform me in advance. Patients also have responsibilities and schedules; we do not come to clinics for leisure. I left my work and traveled all the way to the clinic, only to have my time completely wasted. This level of service is highly disappointing and unacceptable. I request that the management look into this matter seriously and ensure proper communication and accountability among the staff and doctors to prevent such experiences in the future.

Very disappointed with the reception staff. The behavior was rude and unprofessional, which is unacceptable in a hospital. I was not treated with basic respect and the staff created unnecessary confusion instead of helping. I hope management takes this seriously, otherwise I will have to share my experience publicly.and also treatment room guys is will grand city Mall
