My experience at Right Health Karama Medical Center was extremely disappointing. The staff appeared to lack proper medical knowledge and failed to provide clear or professional guidance. The lab technicians were careless and unprofessional, which made me question the accuracy of the test results. Overall, the service felt rushed and poorly managed. I would not recommend this center to anyone looking for quality healthcare. Very poor experience. Instead of focusing on patient care, the staff seemed more interested in pushing their own medical packages. In my case, there was unnecessary resistance when dealing with insurance documentation, which caused delays and confusion. It felt like patients were being pressured into paying out of pocket rather than receiving proper support for insurance claims. Extremely frustrating and unprofessional I regret choosing Right Health Karama Medical Center. This felt intentional and unethical from a patient’s perspective.
I’m sharing this feedback with the intention of being constructive, as healthcare providers have a responsibility to follow proper protocols and ensure patient safety. I accompanied my mother for a check-up and experienced some confusion in the process. We were initially sent to the doctor before completing registration and later asked to return to reception to register. During the vital signs assessment, the staff appeared to be engaged in side conversations. While waiting outside, I noticed a nurse preparing to draw my mother’s blood. I intervened to clarify that she was only scheduled for vital signs and had not yet seen the doctor or received any instructions for blood extraction. After clarification, her vital signs were taken. Although the situation was resolved, it was concerning that a medical procedure could have been initiated without proper confirmation. I hope the clinic can review its workflow and verification steps to ensure clearer communication and safer processes for patients moving forward.
I’m a regular patient at Right Health Medical Centers, BurJuman branch, and I’ve visited around 3 to 4 times with my husband. Unfortunately, the main issue has always been the reception management. Even when I book an appointment, I still end up waiting every time. On my first visit, there was also a problem with the approval being sent incorrectly. Yesterday was the same. I had to wait a long time, so I booked a follow up for today and even arrived 15 minutes early, but still faced the same situation. The reception staff didn’t inform me how many patients were ahead and just asked me to sit and wait. Even after asking multiple times, I didn’t get a clear response. It also felt like walk in patients were being seen before those with appointments, which was quite frustrating. Since I work in the healthcare system and have experience as a receptionist, I understand how important proper communication and front desk management are, but this was clearly lacking. Overall, I’m not satisfied with the service and would have rated it zero if that was an option. The only positive part of my experience was Dr. Mohammad Farhan Siddique (GP). He was kind, professional, and very cooperative. The clinic really needs to improve its reception management and train staff on better patient handling.
Very disappointing service from Dr Sara. They didn't examined my lungs condition with a sthethascope. I just entered her room, she just prescribed some medicines and the check-up finished within few seconds. Even she is not asking anything about my health condition.
My pregnancy journey with Doctor Komal Sasne was amazing. She made the journey so light and easy by her encouraging words. She is very professional and make sure all her patients are comfortable. Thank you once again Dr Komal.☺️
