She listens patiently, explains everything clearly, and always makes me feel comfortable and safe. With her guidance and treatment, I was able to get pregnant, and my entire pregnancy was under her care. Under her supervision, I delivered a healthy baby, for which I will always be grateful.🤲🏻 I would also like to sincerely thank her assistant, Visma, who is very polite, friendly, and supportive. She is always helpful and makes every visit smooth and stress-free. Dr. Sarala 😍 and her team are truly wonderful. Their dedication and compassion make a huge difference! 💕 Highly recommend this clinic for their efficiency and warm service.

I wan to raise serious concerns regarding the unhygienic conditions and improper medical practices observed at your Al Khail Gate Branch. The issues I witnessed represent a clear breach of basic healthcare standards and patient safety. First, the receptionists and cashiers were consistently unhelpful and appeared visibly irritated, creating an unprofessional and uncomfortable environment for patients. Second, Room No. 6 is completely unsuitable for patient assessments. The chair is broken, the door is left open, and people sitting outside can clearly see patients undergoing procedures such as swab tests and blood extraction. This is a direct violation of patient privacy and dignity. The most critical and alarming issue involves the nursing staff. I personally observed nurses failing to change gloves between tasks. They touched papers, pens, and mobile phones and then proceeded to draw blood from patients without changing gloves. This is a serious infection control violation. Additionally, the ear thermometer was used on multiple patients without changing the plastic ear cover. This is extremely concerning, as it poses a high risk of cross-infection, especially if a patient has an ear infection. This practice is completely unacceptable and contradicts fundamental medical hygiene standards. Overall, the clinic environment is unclean, chaotic, and resembles a market rather than a healthcare facility. Finally, the doctor’s assessment was inadequate. Medications and tests were prescribed without proper explanation of the diagnosis, the purpose of the tests, or the reasoning behind the treatment plan. Patients deserve clear communication and informed care, which was not provided. These issues pose a serious risk to patient health and safety. If these matters are not addressed immediately and appropriately, I will have no choice but to escalate this complaint to the Dubai Health Authority (DHA) for further investigation.
