This Pharmacy does not keep all the medicines. The medicines are delivered in such cases at times the next day and there is no information provided for the delay. Last time pharmacy attendant Mathab took address, said the medicines (vitamin B12 and Vitamin D) will be delivered after some time. But, we received a call the next day saying that the medicines will be delivered in the afternoon which turned out to be evening. Such irresponsible staff should be addressed accordingly. Today, medicine Arcoxia is not available. Pharmacy attendant Naina advised that the same will be delivered by 11:00hrs. False information is being displayed on the pharmacy counter that medicines will be delivered 10am till 10pm. Request the management of Right Health to address the matter on an urgent basis, so that patients are provided will the medicines for treatment. Thanking you, Rodrigues

I had visited this pharmacy yesterday evening. My heart full thank u to Miss.Kavya who understood my emergency and gave me the medicine fast. The service and handle patience is incredible. Each one of them make sure that the customer is being served with right medication and given a good comfort.

I waited for my medicine for a long time which was okay as there were people in front of me, but then a white lady walked in while I was still waiting, she was served before me which was very wrong and racist as I was first there. Shrim & Matab who were in the counter are very unprofessional. They kept talking to each other their language (Hindu I guess) the only thing I could hear was my name. They only gave me my medicine when I started asking why I was being skipped. I have never been treated so poorly in my life before. I wish there was an option to rate this Right Health pharmacy in Jumeirah Village Circle 0.
