DubaiMed AI Analysis

Right Health Gate Better Life Pharmacy is a branch of the Right Health network in Dubai; the corporate website shows a large multispecialty group but there is limited location-specific information. Recent patient reviews show repeated problems with staff behaviour, long waits/understaffing (especially at night) and at least one report of dispensing near-expiry medication, so local patient experience appears poor despite being part of a known network.

Best For

Patients needing routine prescription pick-up who accept variable staff service — exercise caution for pediatric medications and night-time visits.

Pros

  • Part of the Right Health healthcare network (corporate website lists pharmacies and multiple medical services).
  • At least one positive review praising specific staff (Teena and Moufidah) for assistance and insurance follow-up.

Considerations

  • Multiple recent 1-star reviews reporting rude/unprofessional staff and poor communication.
  • Report of dispensing near-expiry medicine for an infant and refusal to provide replacement/alternative.
  • Understaffing at night causing long queues and slow response in emergencies.

Multiple recent, specific negative reviews about staff rudeness, near-expiry dispensing, slow emergency response and understaffing weighed down patient experience and clinical reliability; corporate website affiliation raises trust somewhat but location-specific evidence of good facilities, transparency, or accreditation is lacking.

I had a very unpleasant experience. The girl who gave me the medicine was rude and unprofessional. She did not ask me which medicine I wanted or if there was any medicine I did not want. She also did not explain anything properly. Her way of talking and handing over the medicine was not polite at all. A patient should be treated with respect, and staff should communicate properly, especially when it comes to medicines and payment. This behavior is not acceptable and needs improvement.

Today based on Dr.'s prescription, I went to the Pharmacy and they gave me a medicine that was manufactured in 2023 and expiring on Aug 2026. Today is Jan 2026 and they expect me to give this medicine to my 1yo baby which is almost reaching its expiry in another few months. I have never seen a pharmacy sell any medicine that is almost at the end of its expiry life. On asking this, they were very confident and said I can give this without any issues. I had asked them for a replacement unit or give any other alternative and they haven't had none. Completely unacceptable behaviour. I AM forwarding this complaint to higher authority AND the government as they need to see this issue through and how many more patients are forced to use such 'to-be-expired' medicines.

I had a very bad experience at this medical clinic during an emergency situation. The response was slow, communication was poor, and I did not feel that my condition was taken seriously. In an emergency, patients expect prompt care and professionalism, which unfortunately were lacking. This experience was disappointing and concerning.

The clinic service at night needs improvement. Only one staff member was working, and the queue was extremely long. It’s unfair for both patients and the staff. Please arrange more employees for night shifts.
