I had a very bad experience. I came for physiotherapy. They made me sit down and give me treatment during a busy time. It was very difficult for me. I had an appointment for 5 o'clock, so I went there at 4:30. Then the doctor called me at 5:20 and at the same time, she was treating another patient. Why did I wait there for almost an hour when there was an opportunity to sit down and make a treatment like this? By the time I sat there with my head down for a half hour, my neck was hurting now. So very bad
Availed their 99 package since I dont have any insurance, they have very good health care packages for those who dont have insurance and are wanting to have an overall check up with a very affordable price. The reception staffs Ms Jincy & Ms Roseline were very accommodating and they were very willing to answer all our inquiries. The nurse who took my blood Ms Karishma was also very professional and the whole process was quick. Results received within the day.
