Very disappointing experience. I visited after a tooth extraction and was unable to speak, so I expected some understanding and support. Unfortunately, they provided the wrong medication. Later, they called asking me to come back and collect the correct one, which was inconvenient given my condition. Even after that, a delivery person kept calling me, despite me being unable to talk. Overall, it was a very frustrating and poorly handled situation.
Right Health Pharmacy provides excellent service with a clean, well-organized setup and a wide range of medicines. The staff is professional and efficient, making every visit smooth and hassle-free. Whenever I'm under the weather, without any second thought, I'd go to GP Dr.Divya in Right health in Karama. If she's on leave, I'd wait for her return. She makes the patient feels so comfortable and explains everything properly. I'm a huge fan of hers. Also the pharmacists are very friendly yet professional especially Ms. Anusha and Ms. Puja. I'd recommend Dr. DIVYA at Right health clinic in Karama if you're looking for an excellent GP. I'm just wondering how there are negative reviews for such a good atmosphere. I feel it's from the competitors probably.
Worst experience on my first visit with Karama Right health pharmacy. They don't have any refund policy on medicines however I have requested to exchange the medicines or give some notes so that we can use with other medicines. They just have one word we don't have refund policy though I was not asking for refund. I don't have option to get 0 star or else I will not give the single star. Not expected.
