Right Health Al Azhar Clinic (Jebel Ali Branch)

Website information is broad but provides little verifiable credentialing or facility detail.
Patients seeking basic outpatient consultations across multiple specialties within a value-chain clinic, but those requiring timely, high-touch service or complex care should be cautious.

There is a lack of organization on the part of the night nursing staff, a lack of experience, and poor patient handling... All thanks to the reception staff.
The reception staff they don't respect the patients because it's a labour area in Jabel Ali ,so they don't have any customer service especially they are very slow and show attitude to the patients The way they respond the way they take the ID in aggressive way today 7th may 2026 one of them shouted just because I'm standing I feel boring because long time I'm sitting so he started to shout without any respect ,I'm a customer doesn't matter I speak his language or no because he is in UAE in his post should respect all the people

Doctors are unprofessional. I have a food poisoning and one doctor told me that i have diabetes. Without looking at the blood tests. I don’t know where she got her diploma but i hope they take it back.
Iam visited to your clinic on February 8th 4:30 time, You should tell the receptionists at your clinic to be nice to the patients who come in, because I came to the clinic at 4:30 and the doctor called me to the room at 6:15. I told the receptionist that I was very tired, so a staff member there told me again to wait. He said it wasn't time. I waited for two hours and then told me to wait again. Finally, I asked for my ID back. The receptionist still said to wait. So what I'm asking is, who should I ask when a patient comes to the reception? Finally, when the doctor wrote the prescription and left, it was 7:40. Please understand the patients who come in very tired, take care of them as soon as possible and send them back very quickly. The reception is very slow, that too needs to be fixed.
