Beautiful studio with complete facilities like showers, toilets, free lockers. Very clean and inviting. Instructors were friendly and nice. Got a chance to join Pilates class for the first time and I enjoyed it. Totally different with what I am use to. Doing Pilates with great music, it’s fun! Highly recommend! There are parking spots outside the building (street parking ) and there’s paid valet, too. Will definitely come back soon!
Rev Reformer The studio itself is really nice, clean, modern, and very spacious, which made the environment feel welcoming and comfortable. The class was overall enjoyable. It had a good pace, felt engaging, and was slightly challenging, which I appreciated. That said, the session also leaned more toward a beginner’s level in some ways. The instructor spent a lot of time introducing the reformer machine, explaining the movements in detail, and demonstrating each exercise. While this was helpful for those new to the equipment, it also meant there were periods where I was waiting around for the next exercise to begin. Because of this, the flow felt a little stop-and-go at times, rather than consistently dynamic. I think it would be great if the studio offered a clearer separation of class levels, for example, specific sessions designed for complete beginners, and others tailored for more experienced or intermediate/advanced clients. That way, newcomers could get the attention they need without slowing down those who are ready for a faster-paced, more challenging workout. Overall, the studio has great potential, and I’d happily come back, especially if they expand their class options to better suit different experience levels.
The gym is big and spacious, offering Pilates, spin, weights and more. The changing rooms, however, didn’t have anywhere to hang my abaya, which was a bit disappointing. The spin studio itself was spacious with good-quality bikes, but the class style wasn’t quite the same as the usual spin I’m used to at 1Rebel or similar studios. That said, the instructor was really lovely and welcoming.
Beautiful studio but reformer class structure needs work. The studio is gorgeous and the front desk staff are lovely, but the reformer class itself didn’t flow well. The instructor spent a lot of time demonstrating between sets and each set required so many props and positional changes and only had 5-7 reps so only about two-thirds of the class felt productive. Everyone was asked to use the same spring setting regardless of weight or strength, which made some exercises impossible for me as a petite person. When I adjusted the springs, they were changed back, which didn’t make sense. The music was also loud, and the instructor kept switching tracks between sets, further breaking the flow. I really want this studio to do well, but the class structure needs smoother transitions, flexible spring options, and less downtime.
Fraudulent company. They took my money for a block booking of 3 classes, when I tried to book I was advised they’ve closed down and I could get a refund. Requested a refund and they have completely ignored all correspondences, refused to return the money I’m owed back. So unprofessional and atrocious behaviour. Would avoid at all costs if you don’t want to lose money!
