The staff were incredibly friendly, and the whole experience was great. I went for the ice bath and sauna session —it was so relaxing. Would recommend coming as they offer many other services and the gym looked great too!
I absolutely love coming to Rejuven8!! From the second you walk in, everyone is so lovely and makes you feel really welcome and the people who work here are honestly a big part of why it’s such a great place. The red light therapy beds are amazing, I have noticed a massive difference in my skin since using them and the hyperbaric oxygen chamber has been a game changer for my recovery and energy levels. Also have to mention the protein smoothies… so good and the perfect way to finish a session. It’s just such a nice place to come if you need to relax and recover and couldn't recommend it more 🤍

The sauna was around 110 degrees C with mint scent and helped me fully relax and detox. Right after, I went into the cold bath, which was intense but deeply refreshing.
