Had an amazing experience with the couple’s massage! From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by Melody at the front desk — kind, attentive, and made us feel instantly relaxed. Our therapists, Siratcha and Ari, were absolutely incredible. Professional, intuitive, and deeply caring — they tailored the massage to each of us perfectly. We both left feeling completely recharged, relaxed, and more connected. Everything from start to finish was flawless. Highly recommend and can’t wait to come back!
Was looking for a new luxury spa nearby after my old masseuse went back to her home country. Decided to give ReFIVE JVC a try, and I went big, for a spa day. An AMAZING 4 hours with dear Annie, one of their therapists. We did a scrub, wrap, massage, and the 90 minute head spa. She checked on me throughout to make sure I was comfortable and that pressure was ok. So diligent, and so kind. Plus, a pro at all of these services. (The front desk staff is also fabulous.) I'll definitely be going back.
I love how the spa has the steam room and sauna so I usually come to use the facilities before my massage. The price is really reasonable compare to other hotels. My go to masseuse is Siracha, she’s always on time and she’s very attentive. After the massage, they even offer you tea and some snacks. Highly recommend it!!
Unforgettable experience at the refive spa, I tried the sensorial head spa and it was simply wonderful, 90 minutes of absolute relaxation with a fantastic hair and face massage. Beautiful location and professional staff. a must try! Thank you and see you very soon
We had been travelling through Europe for a month and we booked this hotel for 4 nights as our ‘relax + rejuvenate’ part before going back to Sydney. Besides the amazing room, amazing pool of our own.. we had an AMAZING experience at the ReFIVE day spa in the hotel. I had the Sensorial Head Spa. WOW! My fellow travellers had the Balancing Act massages each. What a wonderful experience. Thank you to Wilris, Ani & Thirada for the lovely treatments and for Raizza the Asst Manager for helping me arrange it all! xo
