Been coming here for years. It’s great value for money with the packages. The services ( I mostly do roots touchup, mani/ pedi/ massages , facials, hairspa) are all done well , by the girls who are all very professional. Even the gelish polish lasts long when I do it here. Am a satisfied longtime customer and hope they keep going with their positive vibes. Shoutout to my usuals who make me feel and look good- Geeta, and Regina and thanks to all other staff who are very efficient and helpful too.
I had an excellent experience at Red Nail Salon! The Moroccan bath was incredibly relaxing, and the facial left my skin feeling refreshed and rejuvenated. The manicure and pedicure were done beautifully with great attention to detail. The staff were amazing—very professional, friendly, and attentive throughout the entire visit. Highly recommend for anyone looking to relax and be pampered!
This is hands-down one of the best salons we’ve been to. From the reception team to every therapist, the entire staff is exceptional. The quality of their work speaks for itself. The ambience, packages, and customer service keep us coming back. Highly recommended and absolutely worth a visit.
I will never revisit again. I have had many experiences showing their customer service and the services itself are not good; they tried to charge me AED 80 for a nail polish removal which is very overpriced and doesn’t make sense at all. Also, I had an instance where their pedicure did not last for more than 1-2 days (meaning the quality of the nail polish is bad) and upon trying to get a better pedicure, they didn’t let me upgrade to a Gellish pedicure even after offering to pay the difference in the services. Horrible customer service.
