I completed my Intensive Reformer course at the Jumeirah branch and it was a truly great experience ✨ The studio has a beautiful, calm, and professional atmosphere, and the instructors were knowledgeable, supportive, and very detail-oriented. Everything was well organized, and the quality of training exceeded my expectations. The reception team were also incredibly friendly and welcoming, which made the whole experience even more enjoyable 💕 I would highly recommend this studio to anyone looking for a high-quality Pilates journey ✨

I’ve attended both their Reformer and Mat classes, as well as their Reformer and Mat certification courses, and I can honestly say the level of professionalism is outstanding. The instructors are extremely knowledgeable, attentive, and genuinely invested in each student’s progress. Whether you’re joining a regular class or enrolling in a course, the quality of education, structure, and detail is on another level. Everything is delivered with clarity, precision, and real care for proper technique and understanding. The studio environment is welcoming, organized, and highly professional. You can feel that the standards are high and that excellence truly matters here. I genuinely don’t think you can find a better place for Pilates education and training around. I love this studio. Receptionists are very helpful, friendy and caring. Same for the cleaning ladies. Studio is nice and clean. All trainers are good, professional and encouraging . It is just a matter of individual preferences that approach of some I enjoy more, others a bit less. I absolutely adore Rashmi, she is more than a trainer, she is a Guru. For me she is the best or the best. On her classes I am in the most meditative state, energy is just flowing like if we are doing yoga. And a very good balance of intensity, I am coming on Pilates to workout, not just to relax, and I feel both. Thank you 🙏🏻 All the best wishes to everyone who is making this studio the way it is. Eva

I started coming to this Pilates studio. First of all, it is super easy to reach, and there is plenty of parking spaces. The place is really nice, spacious, so you never feel crowded. Lighting and temperature are kept perfect. The receptionists are lovely, and the studio is spotless. I have taken a few classes with Gosia, and I am in love with her energy. Even on my worst day, I show up, and I can’t stop smiling, she is so positive. I love the focus on form and posture, I always feel like I am getting a great workout. Every class is different, never boring. Recommend 💛

Hatha yoga with Maria Paz was out of this world. I love the way she integrates the music to start with. Starting the grounding breathing exercises to start with took me really into a focus that was very easy to keep as Maria is guiding you the whole class until the last second. She speaks very clearly which allowed you even to follow class with your eyes closed. I like the way she gives you some challenging poses but in a way that you can adept accordingly your capabilities. Finalizing class with some aromatherapy and slight pressure on the shoulders was the cherry on the pie! Thank you Maria, it was just wow👌🏻
