I recently completed the Intensive Reformer course and it was truly an amazing experience! ✨ The instructors were incredibly knowledgeable, supportive, and detail-oriented. They made even complex concepts easy to understand and always encouraged us to improve and grow with confidence. The studio itself has such a positive and professional atmosphere, making it the perfect place to learn and practice. Everything was very well organized, and you can really feel the passion and dedication behind the program. I’m so grateful for this experience and would highly recommend it to anyone who wants to deepen their Pilates knowledge and skills.

If you’re looking for a sign to start your Pilates journey, this is it! Real Pilates took me in as a newbie and treated me like family instantly. I’ve been learning to find my balance and improve my posture with so much patience from the staff. Thomas runs a class that’ll definitely make your muscles work, but he’s so supportive that you actually enjoy the challenge. Tipin is a pure sunshine with an infectious welcoming energy! Plus, I always feel safe and comfortable knowing Ate Ching and Ate Telma are constantly making sure everything is sanitized and tidy. So grateful for this community! 🤍

I was genuinely excited to complete a certification with this center, particularly the Mat Pilates and Total Barre programs, after spending several months researching training providers, reading positive reviews, and developing confidence in the STOTT/Merrithew brand. Unfortunately, my experience with the administration and communication was disappointing. For nearly three weeks, I attempted to obtain clarification and a quotation regarding certain aspects of the program, without success. After multiple unsuccessful attempts, I reached out via Instagram to better understand the situation. Rather than receiving assistance, I felt I was met with an unwelcoming attitude and a dismissive tone, which left me feeling uncomfortable and undervalued as a prospective student. As a result, I decided to withdraw my application and pursue my certification elsewhere, likely with Balanced Body. What is most disappointing is that my expectations were shaped by the reputation of the STOTT/Merrithew brand, which I associate with professionalism, excellence, and high educational standards. Based on my experience, there appears to be a disconnect between those values and the level of customer service I encountered. As instructors and educators, creating a welcoming and supportive environment should be a fundamental part of the profession. Future students are often making a significant investment in their education and deserve to be treated with respect and professionalism throughout the process. If those values are not demonstrated during the enrollment stage, it naturally raises concerns about the overall student experience. I hope this feedback is taken constructively, as there is clearly an opportunity to improve communication and the way prospective students are welcomed and supported. Thank you but not thank you.
