I arrived late to my appointment because I dropped my phone in the basement parking, and I immediately informed the receptionist when she followed up with me. Despite explaining the situation, the moment I reached the lounge I was met with unnecessary aggression, careless behavior, and completely inappropriate communication. It was so unacceptable that I walked out immediately and went next door to the foot spa, where I was treated far more professionally and respectfully. To make matters worse, when I tried to get the receptionist’s name so I could file a proper complaint, I discovered that I had been blocked from the business WhatsApp account—the same one I’ve always used for appointments and inquiries. That level of avoidance is extremely unprofessional and only adds to my frustration. I want this message to reach top management immediately, because I fully intend to file a formal complaint with the relevant authorities regarding this behavior. Regardless, this doesn't give the employees the liberty to disrespect and speak rudely to the customer. If this is the way you manage your business then I understand the standards you provide to people and staff. The receptionist is rude - unresponsive . Blocks costumers numbers on whatsapp .is always eating and busy on her phone . Unlike the previous receptionist who was super responsive and helpful . The current one is a disaster . Corrective action should be taken by the management . We are regular clients and we faced this with this receptionist .
