I am writing this review to share my honest and very disappointing experience with Rapid Medic. I was hired as an Assistant Nurse with a promised basic salary of 4,500 AED. At the time of hiring, I was on a visit visa with only 20 days remaining. I was given an offer letter and told that the MOHRE contract and employment visa would be processed within one week, so I joined the company trusting their words. However, the offer letter was not through MOHRE, and they asked me to start working immediately. My visit visa expired, and they repeatedly asked me to extend my visit visa, promising that the extension cost would be reimbursed. I followed up many times over two months regarding my visa process, but nothing was done. When my visa expired again, I was suddenly told that the person who hired me is no longer with the company, and I should follow up with him directly. That person stopped answering my calls completely. Regarding salary: • 1st month salary (4,500 AED) was paid • 2nd month salary was NOT paid, despite multiple promises Because of their negligence and false promises, I had no choice but to switch to a family-sponsored visa to stay legal in the UAE. I have proof of everything, including: • Offer letter • Company ID card • Email and message backups This experience caused me financial loss, mental stress, and visa complications. I strongly advise others to be very careful before joining this company, especially if you are on a visit visa. This review is posted to seek accountability and fairness, not to harm anyone.
