This owner’s behavior towards customers is aggressive, insulting and completely unprofessional. We come to his salon, pay for a service and expect to be treated with basic respect not shouted at, insulted or made to feel unwelcome. I have never experienced anything like this before. During my visit, he instructed the hairdresser to stop working on my hair and asked me to leave the salon. EXTREMELY DISRESPECTFUL! What is really concerning is that when customers are unhappy with the quality of a service and ask for it to be fixed, he refuses and instead asks for additional payment. A professional salon should stand behind its work and care about customer satisfaction, not treat every concern as an opportunity to charge more money. If this is how he treats the customers who pay him, I wonder how he treats his employees. If he cannot respect his customers, he should not be running a salon. I will be filing a formal complaint with Dubai’s tourism and economic authorities. No customer should be shouted at, humiliated, or insulted in front of other customers. Business owners should be held accountable for treating customers with respect and professionalism, and this kind of behavior should not be tolerated. You wanted me to pay again for the roots, even though I had already paid for that service just two days ago. When I asked to complete the treatment for my full hair and simply pay the difference, you added the roots charge again. Honestly, this just comes across as greedy as there’s no reasonable justification. you’re more focused on making money than providing good customer service. It’s no surprise that you’ve lost many customers and employees because of your attitude. I’m clearly not the only person who has had this experience. And the one making a scene is actually you. You don't seem to care whether there are customers in the salon or not. Almost every time I've come in, I've seen you arguing with or shouting at a customer. Honestly, it's shocking to see a salon owner treat customers this way. I've never seen anything like it before.

ABSOLUTELY THE WORST EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE! I had written a nice review before because my first visit went fine, but when I came back just two days later after my nails broke, everything turned into a nightmare. The owner started shouting at me in front of everyone, refused to take any responsibility, and spoke to me in the rudest way possible. When I tried to make a video to show how I was being treated, he threatened to call the police and actually did. I was shocked, embarrassed, and felt completely humiliated. He kept coming while i fixed my nail and taunting and insulting me by saying trash and other words. No one deserves to be treated this way, especially not a paying customer. I’ve never faced such disrespect and aggression in Dubai. Please avoid this place it’s not safe, not professional, and definitely not worth it.

Excellent experience! Gulya did a fantastic job with my manicure and nail extensions, Nargiza created beautiful eyelash extensions, and Majd did an amazing job with my hair. All three were professional, skilled, and attentive to detail. I'm very happy with the results and highly recommend this salon!

This was my first time visiting this salon and I had such a wonderful experience. From the moment I arrived, the service and atmosphere were absolutely amazing. I originally wanted a different hair color, but Salah was very honest and professional. He advised me to choose another option because my hair wouldn’t handle the color I had in mind. He promised the result would be even more beautiful — and he was absolutely right. I trusted his advice and the final result exceeded my expectations. I truly love my hair and couldn’t be happier with how it turned out. A big thank you to Salah for his incredible work, talent, and attention to detail. The salon is beautiful, the team is professional, and the whole experience was perfect. I highly recommend this place and will definitely be coming back again!

I visited the Rami salon two weeks ago when I was getting ready for an VERY important event. They did my makeup and hairstyle in just about an hour, both together. I was absolutely impressed- the makeup and hair looked stunning haha. Huge thanks to the Mr. Rami - such a talented and very welcoming person 🙏
