I completed my 200 hours YTT with Diana and it exceeded expectations on all fronts! She is calm, attentive, observant and intentional with how she shares information and structures each day for us - adapting to the needs of the group. She teaches with true professionalism and it is clear from day 1 how experienced and knowledgeable she is on all areas of Yoga - not just the physical, but the philosophical too. The way she teaches / layers information means that by the final week, you have already absorbed so much information without realising ahead of the exams. There are so many unique features of her training - including specialist guest teachers for topics such as Anatomy, and learning resources / cards. Finally for me it was important to be able to learn from an Indian teacher so this was also an added bonus especially as it enables you to learn the appropriate pronunciation of Sanskrit words and chants :). I recommend her to anyone who wants to deepen their practice or prepare to teach - I will definitely be doing more courses with Diana in the future!
I recently completed my 200 hour yoga teacher training with Diana and couldn’t recommend it more. Diana teaches with care and expertise, growing your knowledge of the physical practice of yoga, the theory and history of yoga, and Sanskrit vocabulary. The course is in a beautiful setting with a great yoga community. I loved every minute and feel stronger and more confident as a result - thank you Diana!
I had a great experience with my Yin YTT journey. Teacher Diana was always able to break down the necessary skills and information over 8 days, making the content accessible and easy to integrate. The structure of the training felt very intentional. Each day built on the previous one, so we could gradually deepen our understanding of Yin philosophy, anatomy, and teaching methods. Every class started with a practice that helped us embody the essence of Yin before moving into theory, which made the learning feel grounded and experiential rather than purely academic. It was a lovely, supportive environment that encouraged reflection and growth, and I left feeling confident, inspired, and more connected to my own practice.
had an incredible experience with Diana. Her guidance is both calming and empowering, creating a space where you feel supported no matter your level. Each session is thoughtfully structured, balancing strength, flexibility, and mindfulness in a way that feels both challenging and deeply restorative. What truly stands out is her attention to detail and ability to connect with each student. Her offer clear instructions, gentle corrections, and always encourage you to listen to your body. I always leave class feeling stronger, more grounded, and mentally refreshed. If you’re looking for a teacher who brings both expertise and genuine care into every session, I highly recommend her.
I completed my Yoga Teacher Training in March and really enjoyed every part of it. Diana is an outstanding teacher with a wealth of knowledge and experience on yoga theory and practice. Diana provided a warm and welcoming environment for students within a lovely space to learn and grow. The structure of the course was a good mix of theory and practice that deepened my knowledge and understanding of yoga. The course content included excellent online resources with detailed videos of various poses of yoga that proved to be a great reference for me as a student and reinforced what we learnt in class. I am truly grateful for this experience .
