I was suffering from chronic pain on both side hip joints. And despite thorough examinations, x-ray and even MRI at Aster clinics, I was told everything was normal. I went googling deeper for 'good' orthopedics and chanced upon Dr. Richard Knebel at Kings College. Dr. Knebel came across as a very learned, experienced, skilled and pleasant person and doctor. After thorough examination and several questions, he concluded mine to be a case of Iliotibial band syndrome and suggested some exercises, physiotherpy and a gel. With my past reports, my lifestyle (running and exercises) and other symptoms, this looks like the only plausible reason for my pain. Currently I am applying the gel and am soon to start the physio sessions. Hopefully I will be better soon. I would highly recommended Dr. Richard Knebel for any ortho related problems! -narender
